Four Weeks Teaching the Design Framework at Henan University

I had the opportunity during the span of four weeks to teach the Symbiotic Design Framework to first year architecture and building students at the Henan University of Engineering. This probably has been the most challenging teaching experience I’ve been involved in. Students had a basic knowledge of English and teaching them a complex system as the SDF required to invest huge amounts of time and energy into preparing classes that would benefit them in the future. The use of technology was essential, because it enabled them to follow me using the translation app on their phones, me using it to make bilingual slides and using conversations app to exchange questions. Preparing pre-reading material before each session and using participative methodologies made the difference, just as I prepare my courses. Thanks to @ivasorg for making this possible.
