Founder Guest-Edits Design for All Newsletter Issue on Misery

About a year ago I was invited to be guest editor for an issue of the Newsletter Design for All of India. It was a great honos but also a great challenge since I decided to center te editorial work in a theme that is usually hidden, and that is MISERY. Poor people are not in the center of today's design discussions either in academic, main stream or social media. I deeply hope this is just the starting point and many others start looking at the unseen.

The Newsletter is finally out with three articles worth reading and a small introduction done by me. I must thank everyone who sended papers and didn't make to the published material and encourage them to keep doing research in this area, and also and especially for the three authors who did make it to the final publication; Carolina Montt Steffens, Daniela Larrea Solórzano and Sonali Upasani. My gratitude also goes to Sunil Bhatia PhD, Chairman of the Design for All Institute of india for the confidence of letting me decide the central idea of the Newsletter and the possibility of inviting and selecting the final authors.
